Charlie received a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Binghamton University. He also received a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and accounting and a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University. Charlie is also a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Chartered Market Technician® designation.
