Melissa serves as a Private Wealth Manager, working directly with her clients to create and maintain a customized financial plan addressing all aspects of a healthy financial life including investments, tax planning, risk management, retirement, and estate planning. Melissa’s approach focuses on a thorough understanding of your circumstances to provide a truly customized plan to help achieve your goals.
Melissa brings to her clients more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Melissa was the Director of Tax Planning and a Wealth Advisor at an independent investment advisory firm. Melissa was responsible for providing comprehensive wealth management with a strong focus in tax planning to the firm’s clients.
Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Louis University where she graduated with honors. Melissa also earned a Master of Science in Management, Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University. Melissa is a Certified Public Accountant as designated by the Missouri State Board of Accountancy.
Melissa and her husband Brad enjoy traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with family.
