Maggie serves as an Estate Planning Attorney, working directly with her clients to create and maintain a customized estate plan to assist in protecting their wealth and loved ones from probate, taxes and creditors.
With more than three decades of experience in the legal services industry, Maggie offers her clients a truly comprehensive estate planning experience. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Maggie served as a small firm practitioner, where she evaluated and advised clients regarding their estate planning needs and counseled clients on the formation of small companies.
Maggie received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame, her Juris Doctor degree from the American University Washington College of Law and her Master of Law degree in taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
Maggie enjoys traveling, going to the movies and spending time with her grown children and Bernese mountain dogs.
