Jeff Stolper, CFP®, CPA

Jeff serves as the Director of Financial Planning, leading more than 300 financial planners and providing training, career development and technical guidance to the firm’s financial planners and wealth managers.

Prior to joining Creative Planning, Jeff worked in the tax department of a national public accounting firm, where he provided tax advice and prepared tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, S corporations, large partnerships and nonprofits and served on an advisory council in the area of nonprofit taxation. Jeff has also served as part of the CFP® Board’s Digital Advice Working Group and was selected for the 20 up to 40 Leadership Program by the Kansas Society of CPAs in 2015.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and his Master of Accountancy degree from Kansas State University. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, and a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeff and his wife, Lisa, have two sons, Bo and Nash. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys serving on nonprofit boards, spending time with his family and participating on a competitive BBQ team.
