Greg Sullivan, CFP®, CPA

Greg is a Managing Director and Partner working directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized financial plan addressing all aspects of a healthy financial life including investments, tax planning, risk management, retirement, employee benefits and estate planning.
Greg has over 40 years of business, investment management, and financial planning experience. Prior to joining Creative Planning, he was the co-founder and CEO of a large independent registered investment advisory firm. Greg started his career with Ernst and Whinney (now Ernst & Young).
Greg’s involvement in the financial planning and wealth management communities is well-established. He is a founding member of both the Alpha Group and Blind Squirrels, national consortia of wealth managers and business owners. He served as Chairman (1996-97), President (1995-96), and on the Board of Directors (1989-97) of the International Association for Financial Planning (now called the Financial Planning Association).
Greg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
Greg and his wife, Pam, have 4 children, 4 grandchildren and enjoy golf, pickleball, cycling and traveling around the world.
