Rob Mlenek

Rob serves as Director of Virtual Chief Financial Officer (vCFO) Services, providing strategic financial management and guidance to businesses remotely to help ensure well-informed board decisions and enhance overall business performance and sustainability.

Rob has more than two decades of experience spanning a myriad of industries, including professional services, manufacturing, agriculture, printing, SAAS and technology. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Rob served as the Chief Financial Officer of a national professional services firm, where he was the leader of M&A, board advisory, financial planning and analysis, cost management, profitability and financial risk mitigation.

Rob received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from St. Cloud State University and his Master of Business Administration degree from St. Thomas University. He is also a Certified Management Accountant, as awarded by the Association of Accountants and Financial Professionals in Business.

Rob and his wife, Judy Ann, enjoy traveling, camping and coaching sports for their three children: Xavier, Orion and Adler.
