Paula is a Partner and Private Wealth Manager, working closely with her clients to understand their goals and values and to create and maintain customized financial plans. Paula provides comprehensive advice in the areas of retirement planning, tax planning, risk management, employee benefits, education planning, estate planning, and investment management.
Paula brings over twenty years of experience working with individual clients and their families, and particularly enjoys working with clients at the point of personal financial transitions. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Paula founded and ran an independent financial advisory firm known for its early adoption of the fiduciary business model, comprehensive financial planning, and of passive investment strategies. She has served on the national boards of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), as President of the Milwaukee Chapter of the American Association of Individual Investors, and is the author of many published articles on financial planning.
Paula is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) as designated by the CFA Institute.
Paula and her husband Quinn have four adult children – Jack, Charlotte, Marian, Reed, and a growing number of grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, playing bridge, reading and writing.
