Kevin Breer

Kevin serves as a Real Estate Attorney, providing legal counsel to the firm’s clients on real estate matters including purchases, sales, leases and real estate holding entity structures.
With more than 25 years of experience in the legal services industry, Kevin offers his clients a truly comprehensive, consultative and supportive experience. Prior to joining Creative Planning, he served as the Managing Partner of a Kansas-based real estate-focused legal firm.
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washburn University and his Juris Doctor degree from the Washburn University School of Law.
Throughout his career, Kevin has authored numerous articles and presented continuing legal education seminars on real estate and construction law topics. He is a past President of both the Johnson County Bar Association and the Earl E. O’Connor Inn of Court. Outside the office, Kevin and his wife, Kelli, enjoy cooking, exploring new cuisines, playing board and card games, watching movies, and spending quality time with their son, Keaton.
