Jon Hines

Jon serves as an Intellectual Property Attorney, working directly with businesses and individuals to create and maintain customized IP strategies to assist in protecting and enforcing their rights, both domestically and internationally.

With more than a decade of experience in the legal services sector, Jon provides his clients with truly comprehensive intellectual property counseling. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Jon owned and ran a small intellectual property firm.

Jon received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas.

Jon and his wife, Liz, spend a lot of time with their four kids, who play all kinds of sports.
