Henry serves as an Estate Planning Attorney, working directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized estate plan to assist in protecting their wealth and loved ones from probate, taxes and creditors.
With more than 15 years of experience in the legal services industry, Henry offers his clients a truly comprehensive estate planning experience. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Henry built a solo law practice focused on estate planning and asset protection for high-net-worth families.
Henry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and a Juris Doctor degree from the Valparaiso University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Oregon, California, Washington and Illinois.
Henry and his spouse, Victoria, enjoy coaching youth sports, fishing, tending to their farm, watching movies and spending time with their three children: Genevieve, Nathaniel and Sebastian.
