Ealing serves as a Wealth Manager for Creative Planning. Employing a personalized and disciplined approach, Ealing focuses first on a thorough understanding of each client’s circumstances in order to provide a truly customized and comprehensive plan to achieve the client’s specific goals. This approach covers wealth management in the areas of investment management, retirement and income planning, estate planning, business succession planning, insurance, tax efficiency and charitable planning.
Prior to joining Creative Planning, Ealing was part of a major national financial services firm for over 13 years. As a Vice President, Senior Account Executive, he worked with high net worth individuals. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Regional Planning Consultant, where his responsibilities included training and coaching Account Executives and Senior Account Executives as well as working with clients. Ealing served on the national Advisory Council where he trained other Regional Planning Consultants from across the country and was invited to help develop a national training program. His ideas have been utilized in a national initiative across the firm. Ealing has extensive knowledge in retirement planning, tax planning, and market analysis. He has been invited to give hundreds of lectures on these topics to retirees, business owners, and current and former executives of Fortune 500 companies.

Ealing graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science degree. During his tenure at a major national financial service company, he was the recipient of multiple awards including: President's Circle, multiple Achiever Awards, multiple Excellence in Action Awards, and Achieve the Summit Coin. Ealing also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.

Ealing is married with two lovely daughters and lives in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. He loves spending time with his family, watching competitive swimming and volunteers as a high-performance driving coach.
