Daniel serves as an Estate Planning Attorney, working directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized estate plan to assist in protecting their wealth and loved ones from probate, taxes and creditors.
With more than 14 years of experience in the legal services industry, Daniel offers his clients a truly comprehensive estate planning experience. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Daniel gained significant litigation experience involving corporate, commercial and investor fraud litigation.
Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, cum laude, from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
Daniel and his wife enjoy traveling, woodworking and spending time with their two children.
