Chaunsy Weisensel, CFP®

Chaunsy serves as a Private Wealth Manager, working directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized financial plan addressing all aspects of a healthy financial life, including investments, tax planning, risk management, retirement, employee benefits and estate planning.

Having spent his entire career in the financial services industry, Chaunsy has developed an in-depth knowledge of providing clients with comprehensive wealth management. Prior to joining Creative Planning, he worked as a financial advisor at an independent investment advisory firm.

Chaunsy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, with an emphasis on financial planning, from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, where he graduated with honors. Chaunsy is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® professional, as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. Chaunsy has been featured in Forbes Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors list (2026)¹.

In his spare time, Chaunsy enjoys fishing, being outdoors, watching sporting events, and spending time with friends, family and his dog, Rufus.
