Carolyn serves as a Partner and Private Wealth Manager on Creative Planning’s ultra-affluent team, working directly with some of the highest net worth families at the firm. Carolyn’s team includes Creative Planning CPAs, tax attorneys, investment managers and Creative Planning’s Chief Investment Officer. Carolyn works closely with her clients to develop personalized financial plans to address every aspect of their financial lives, including investments, retirement planning, estate planning, education planning, and risk management. After preparing comprehensive wealth management plans for her clients, Carolyn assists her clients in implementing their plans and continues to work with them to update their plans as their financial goals and objectives change.
Carolyn brings over a decade of experience in the finance industry along with a Bachelor of Science degree focusing on Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Carolyn worked at a national brokerage firm as a Relationship Manager and Investment Advisor. Carolyn was involved in financial plan creation and execution, investment management, and investment research. She is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER<sup>®</sup> professional as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. Carolyn has been featured in Barron’s as one of the ‘Top 100 Women Advisors’ (2024)<sup>1</sup>. In Forbes she is listed on ‘Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors’ list (2024)<sup>2</sup> and Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-In State’ (2025)<sup>3</sup>and as a ‘Best-In-State Wealth Advisor’ (2025)<sup>4</sup>.
Carolyn and her husband Luke have three children, Clark, Bristol, and Conrad. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing sports, and supporting Kansas State University.
