Benjamin Hayes, MBA, CFP®

Benjamin serves as a Managing Director, working directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized financial plan addressing all aspects of a healthy financial life, including investments, tax planning, risk management, retirement, employee benefits and estate planning.
With more than 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, Benjamin has spent his entire career developing expertise in personal wealth management. Prior to joining Creative Planning, he worked for an independent CPA-based investment advisory firm as a senior financial advisor.
Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in personal finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Benjamin is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
Benjamin and his wife, Kelly, have three children: Millie, Greta and Simon. In his spare time, Benjamin enjoys biking, competing in triathlons and spending time with his family.
