Benjamin Hayes, MBA, CFP®

Benjamin serves as a Managing Director, working directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized financial plan addressing all aspects of a healthy financial life, including investments, tax planning, risk management, retirement, employee benefits and estate planning. He also oversees strategy and operations for the firm’s regional offices in Green Bay and Wausau, Wisconsin.

With more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Benjamin has developed an in-depth knowledge of providing clients with comprehensive wealth management. Prior to joining Creative Planning, he was a partner and senior financial advisor at an independent CPA-based investment advisory firm.

Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in personal finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® professional, as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. He was listed in Barron’s as one of the ‘Top 1500 Financial Advisors by State’ (2026).¹

Benjamin and his wife, Kelly, have three children. The family enjoys traveling and spending summers in Door County. Benjamin is also an avid biker and enjoys competing in triathlons.
