Annie Tronoski

Anastasia (Annie) serves as Managing Director within Creative Planning’s M&A and Consulting group focused on strategic and transactional client assignments in mergers and acquisitions. In her transaction history, Annie has advised sellers and buyers both large and small, resulting in cumulative deal value exchanged in excess of $12 billion.

Prior to joining Creative Planning, Annie held positions at several independent advisory firms, where she led investment banking assignments while also being responsible for junior staff across multiple offices. Annie began her full-time career as an account executive in one such firm’s pension division.

Annie received her Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Lehigh University, with high honors, and her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where upon graduation she was one of two recipients of the C. Stewart Shepherd Service Award.

Annie holds active and past leadership within the Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey, including managing multiple troops locally at times. She chaired the audit function of her local PTA chapter for six years and served previously in leadership for three years at the Morris County, New Jersey, PTA as well as on several finance boards of St. Luke Parish in Long Valley, New Jersey. Annie is an avid supporter of the arts, including chairing campaigns to fund choral scholarships while remaining an active singer with Lehigh University’s choral program. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and two daughters.
