Alexis Trauger, MBA, CFP®

Alexis serves as a Partner and Wealth Manager, working closely with her clients to develop and maintain a comprehensive financial plan to help achieve their goals. Alexis practices in the areas of retirement planning, investment management, tax planning, estate planning, education planning, risk management, and charitable planning to provide her clients with a truly holistic and customized approach.
Alexis brings to her clients more than 10 years of client service experience. Prior to joining Creative Planning, she worked as a Financial Advisor at a private wealth management firm focused on high net worth clients with complex tax planning and employer equity planning needs. Alexis was responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive financial plans for her client base, while monitoring progress towards clients’ goals.

Alexis graduated summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and French Studies. She has a Master’s of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a certificate in Financial Planning from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas. She is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.

Alexis lives in downtown Minneapolis and enjoys cooking, traveling, being active and spending time with family and friends.
