Coworkers having meeting

It’s important to periodically review your estate planning documents to help ensure they continue to reflect your wishes and financial situation. At a minimum, we recommend you meet with us once every three years to ensure your plan is in order and your assets are properly titled and maintained.

You should also consider reviewing your estate planning documents when major life changes occur, such as:

  • The birth or adoption of a child (or grandchild)
  • A move to a different state
  • A significant change in your net worth
  • The sale or acquisition of a business
  • Retirement
  • Marriage
  • Divorce
  • A death in your family
  • A desire to change beneficiaries
  • A change in tax laws

For more information about reviewing or drafting estate planning documents, schedule a complimentary, no-obligation consultation.
