Seamus serves as both the Director of Legal and an Estate Planning Attorney. He works directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized estate plan to assist in protecting their wealth and loved ones from probate, taxes and creditors.
With almost two decades of experience in the legal services field, Seamus offers his clients a truly comprehensive estate planning experience. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Seamus served as an attorney for a boutique estate planning firm, where he primarily worked with high-net-worth families.
Seamus received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Benedictine College, his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas and his Master of Law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Seamus and his wife, Holly, enjoy traveling, snowboarding, climbing, and spending time with their daughter.
