Molly is a Partner and Vice President of Creative Planning and serves as a Wealth Manager on Creative Planning’s ultra-affluent team, working with some of the highest net worth families in the United States. Her team includes Creative Planning’s CPAs, estate planning attorneys, tax attorneys, money managers and the Chief Investment Officer. Molly works closely with clients to develop personalized wealth management plans addressing all aspects of their financial lives, including investments, retirement planning, estate planning, education planning, and risk management. After preparing comprehensive wealth management plans for her clients, Molly assists clients in implementing their plans and continues to work with them to update their plans as their financial situations change.

She is also listed in Working Mother magazine’s ‘Top Wealth Advisor Moms’ (2020*) and in Forbes as a ‘Best-In-State Wealth Advisor’ (2021*). She was selected as one of Ingram’s “40 Under Forty” honorees (2010). The list recognizes the most accomplished business and community leaders in the Kansas City region under 40 years of age. Molly was also named one of KC Business’ “Rising Stars” (2011), a list honoring individuals under the age of 40 that exemplify hard work, dedication to corporate success and personal growth. In 2004, Molly was published in the Journal of Business and Society for her research on corporate governance, mutual funds and ethics.
Molly graduated summa cum laude from Rockhurst University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Finance. Molly has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Kansas.
