Leah Ellsworth, JD

Leah serves as an Estate Planning Attorney, working directly with her clients to create and maintain a customized estate plan to assist in protecting their wealth and loved ones from probate, taxes and creditors.
With more than a decade of experience in the legal services industry, Leah offers her clients a truly comprehensive estate planning experience. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Leah served as counsel for several nationally known franchises, a probate and trust administration attorney, and an estate planning attorney for a small wealth management firm.

Leah received her Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University and her Juris Doctor degree from the Arizona Summit School of Law.

Leah and her husband, Devan, are both Arizona natives and no strangers to the desert heat. They enjoy spending time with their son, Grant, and two dogs, Raja and Arty.
