Jason serves as a Private Wealth Manager and Partner at Creative Planning, working directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized financial plan addressing all aspects of a healthy financial life including investments, tax planning, risk management, retirement, employee benefits and estate planning.

With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jason has developed an in-depth knowledge of providing clients with comprehensive wealth management. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Jason worked for a large independent investment advisory firm as a wealth manager.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the College of William and Mary. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards; an accredited Personal Financial Specialist, as designated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; an ACCREDITED ESTATE PLANNER® professional, as designated by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils; and a Certified Public Accountant.

Jason previously served on the Peer Review Board of the Journal of Financial Planning and as an officer of the Washington, D.C. Estate Planning Council. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC). Jason was named by Washingtonian as one of their ‘Top Financial Advisors (2022).1

Jason and his wife, Sandra, have two children and live in Vienna, Virginia. In his spare time, Jason enjoys playing golf, reading, and spending time with his family.
