Daniel Papuchis, JD

Dan serves as an Estate Planning Attorney, working directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized estate plan to assist in protecting their wealth and loved ones from probate, taxes and creditors.
With more than 15 years of experience in the legal services industry, Dan offers his clients a truly comprehensive estate planning experience. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Dan served as an attorney for a small boutique estate planning and tax firm, where he primarily worked with high-net-worth families.

Dan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Gettysburg College and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland School of Law.

Dan and his wife, Hilary, enjoy traveling, gardening and spending time with their two children, Gary and Alex.
