Brenna serves as a Partner and Wealth Manager on Creative Planning’s ultra-affluent team, working with some of the highest net worth families at the firm. Her team includes Creative Planning CPAs, estate planning attorneys, tax attorneys, money managers and the Chief Investment Officer. Brenna works closely with her clients to develop personalized wealth management plans addressing all aspects of their financial lives, including investments, retirement planning, estate planning, education planning, and risk management. After preparing comprehensive wealth management plans for her clients, Brenna assists her clients in implementing their plans and continues to work with them to update their plans as their financial situations change.
Brenna has been featured in Barron’s as one of the ‘Top 100 Women Advisors’ (2019-2024)1 and as one of the ‘Top 100 Independent Wealth Advisors in America’ (2018-2024)2 and on the list of ‘Top 1200 Financial Advisors by State’ (2023-2025)- #1 in Kansas (2023-2025)3. She is also listed in Working Mother magazine’s ‘Top Wealth Advisor Moms’ (2020)4 and in Forbes as a ‘Best-In-State Wealth Advisor’ (2021)5 and ‘Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-In State’ (2025)6. In 2011, she was
selected as one of Ingram's "40 Under Forty"7 honorees. The list recognizes the most accomplished business and community leaders in the Kansas City region under 40 years of age. Brenna was listed as one of Ingram’s “Women Executives Kansas City”8 of 2021. The list recognizes women executives in Kansas City that have demonstrated the qualities of positive executive
leadership for their organizations and significant contributions to the Kansas City region overall. Brenna was also recognized by KC Business Magazine as one of their 2013 Rising Stars9, an award recognizing male and female business leaders in the Kansas City community who are younger than 40.
Brenna attended Rockhurst University on scholarship, where she graduated summa cum laude with a major in Finance. She received a Gould Undergraduate Scholarship for her research regarding closed end mutual funds.
Brenna received her Master’s in Business Administration from Rockhurst University, and has her Certified Financial Planner® designation.
Prior to joining Creative Planning, Brenna was a senior analyst at a registered investment advisor serving high-net worth clients.
