Our Process

Initial Meeting

Your relationship with our team begins with a meeting to help us understand your current financial situation. We will work to determine where you are today, what your goals are for the future and what we need to do to make sure you remain on track.


Based on your goals, your team will recommend next steps for investment allocation, retirement planning, asset protection planning, estate planning and tax planning, taking into consideration the various components of your compensation and benefits, as well as your outside investments and business interests.


The dashboard serves as an ongoing checklist, tailored to your situation and objectives. Your team will show you a summary of where you are, what has been accomplished and what items must be addressed in the near future. We stay on top of all required tasks to help ensure you remain on track toward achieving your goals.

Annual Review

Once a year, your team meets with you to check in on your goals and update your dashboard. Your team will also be in touch throughout the year as questions, issues and opportunities arise.

Julie has a wide range of experience in a variety of roles, including serving as general counsel of a medical device company, Spinal Simplicity LLC, owning and successfully selling a human resources consulting firm, FBD Consulting LLC, and serving as equity partner in a large, national law firm now known as Stinson Leonard Street. Julie uses her diverse experience to advise and counsel clients on a variety of employment-related legal and HR consulting matters.
