OVERLAND PARK, Kan., August 19, 2024 — Creative Planning, LLC (“Creative Planning”), one of the nation’s largest registered investment advisors (RIAs), is proud to announce it’s been named to the Invest in Others Charitable Champions list for the second consecutive year. This recognition celebrates financial advisory firms that demonstrate a commitment to philanthropic activities.
The cornerstone of Creative Planning’s philanthropic efforts is focused on addressing basic needs and assisting individuals in under-resourced areas with financial education. Pathway Financial Education is a Kansas City-based nonprofit founded and supported by Creative Planning leadership that’s dedicated to providing high-quality, free financial training and education to help individuals achieve self-sufficiency, financial health and well-being. This year, Pathway Financial Education is on track to support more than 1,000 small business owners, adults and youths.

The Invest in Others Charitable Champions list recognizes financial advisory firms that give back to their communities by promoting a culture of philanthropy among their financial advisors and employees. Applications were reviewed blindly by a panel of financial advisors and evaluated on criteria that included leadership and culture, events and activities, incentives, contributions, and impact.
