Jack Thomas, CFP®

International Wealth Manager

Jack serves as an International Emerging Wealth Manager, working directly with cross-border families to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to address financial goals and complex needs. Jack practices in the areas of investment planning, tax planning, retirement planning, risk management, and estate planning. He has a unique understanding of the challenges faced by U.S. expats, as well as non-U.S. citizens, and modulates his planning accordingly.

Jack joined Creative Planning through a merger with an internationally focused, independent wealth advisory firm based in Madison, Wisconsin. Through his time there and at Creative Planning, he has worked with hundreds of cross-border families in 50+ countries around the world. By using a holistic method of understanding, Jack helps clients maximize their time spent abroad and achieve their financial goals.

Jack earned his bachelor’s degree in personal finance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Jack is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.

Jack resides in Madison, Wi where he enjoys spending time with family and friends, participating in athletics, and cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers.
