Francisco Aguilar-Puyol, MS, CFP®

Francisco serves as a Private Wealth Manager, working directly with his clients around the world to help them achieve their financial goals through comprehensive financial planning that addresses all aspects of a healthy financial life, including global investments, cross-border tax and estate planning, college savings and retirement planning.

Francisco joined Creative Planning through a merger with an independent advisory firm based in Madison, Wisconsin. Prior to that, he was an analyst for a New York-based institutional and private asset management firm.

Francisco earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and economics and a Master of Science degree in economics. He taught economics at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater while completing research on implied volatility and portfolio returns.

Francisco is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, and fluent in both English and Spanish.

Francisco resides in Madison, Wisconsin, with his wife, Lexy; their daughter, Mia; and their two rescue dogs. In his spare time, Francisco enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, volunteering, cooking, and participating in a variety of sports.
