Wayne serves as a Director of Client Engagement and Managing Director, introducing clients to the firm's wealth management services. These services encompass all aspects of a healthy financial life and include customized investment management, financial planning, charitable planning, retirement plan consulting, tax planning and preparation, and estate planning services.
With more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Wayne has spent most of his career serving high-net-worth clients and handling their comprehensive wealth management needs.

Wayne received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon. He is also an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® professional, as designated by the Center for Fiduciary Studies.

Wayne enjoys pinball machines, playing golf, traveling, riding motorcycles and spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children: Madeline, Grant and Dillon.
