Scott serves as an Estate Planning Attorney, working directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized estate plan to assist in protecting their wealth and loved ones from probate, taxes and creditors.
With more than a decade of experience in the legal services industry, Scott offers his clients a truly comprehensive estate planning experience. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Scott served as an attorney for a regional law firm, where he focused on transactional matters including estate planning, business planning, guardianships, conservatorships and more.
Scott received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas and his Juris Doctor degree from the Washburn University School of Law.
Scott and his wife, Jourdan, enjoy live music, traveling and spending time with their son, Monroe.
