Nick serves as an Estate Planning Attorney, working directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized estate plan to assist in protecting their wealth and loved ones from probate, taxes and creditors.
With more than a decade of experience in the legal services industry, Nick offers his clients a truly comprehensive estate planning experience. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Nick served as an attorney for a national independent investment advisory firm, where he primarily worked with high-net-worth families.
Nick received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Kansas City Art Institute and his Juris Doctor degree from the Washburn University School of Law.
Nick and his wife, Amber, enjoy spending time with their four children and two dogs.
