Michael Zabalaoui, CFP®, CPA/PFS, MS

Michael serves as a Private Wealth Manager, working directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized financial plan addressing all aspects of a healthy financial life including investments, tax planning, risk management, retirement, employee benefits and estate planning.
Michael has been providing financial advice since 1984. Prior to joining Creative Planning, he worked for an independent fee-only investment advisory firm as a Financial Advisor. Michael is also an adjunct finance professor at Tulane University College where he taught for over 20 years.

Michael is a native of New Orleans, attending New Orleans Academy through grade school and high school. He earned both a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science degree in Tax, Accounting and Finance from the University of New Orleans. Michael is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards and holds the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation as designated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
