Matt Koelsch, CFP®, CRPC®

Matt serves as a Private Wealth Manager, working directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized financial plan addressing all aspects of a healthy financial life, including investments, tax planning, risk management, retirement, employee benefits and estate planning.

With more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Matt has developed an in-depth knowledge of providing clients with comprehensive wealth management. Prior to joining Creative Planning, he worked for two independent investment advisory firms as a financial advisor and wealth manager.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas. Matt is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.

Matt and his wife, Maura, live in St. Louis Park with their daughter, Rory, and golden retriever, Doug. Outside the office, Matt enjoys playing hockey, golfing, skiing and spending time with friends and family.
