Joe serves as a Wealth Manager, working directly with clients to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to address their goals and most complex financial needs. Joe practices in the areas of retirement planning, investment management, tax planning, estate planning, business succession planning, and charitable planning. Joe’s approach focuses on a thorough understanding of your circumstances in order to provide you with a truly customized plan to help achieve your goals.
Joe brings more than 17 years of experience in the financial services and public accounting industries to his clients. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Joe was a tax partner at a national accounting firm where he served high net worth individuals, families and businesses. Joe was responsible for having a holistic understanding of his clients’ circumstances and worked closely with them to help achieve their goals.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Joe is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards and is a Certified Public Account in Missouri.

Joe and his wife, Jenny, have two daughters and a dog named Abby. In his spare time, Joe enjoys spending time with family and friends.
