Jason Williams, CFP®, CPA/PFS, AEP®

Jason serves as a Private Wealth Manager at Creative Planning, working directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized financial plan addressing all aspects of a healthy financial life including investments, tax planning, risk management, retirement, employee benefits, and estate planning. Jason has more than 20 years of diverse experience in the wealth management industry. Prior to joining Creative Planning, he worked for a large independent investment advisory firm as a wealth manager. Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from The College of William and Mary. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards as well as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is also accredited as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) as designated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and he holds the ACCREDITED ESTATE PLANNER® designation as designated by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils. Jason serves on the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Financial Planning and has served as an officer of the Washington, D.C. Estate Planning Council. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC). Jason and his wife, Sandra, have two teenage children and live in Vienna, Virginia. In his spare time, Jason enjoys playing golf, reading, and spending time with his family.
