Deb serves as a Virtual Chief Financial Officer (vCFO), providing strategic financial management and guidance to businesses remotely to help ensure well-informed board decisions and enhance overall business performance and sustainability.
Deb has more than three decades of experience in various financial roles in the business services, technology, CPG and manufacturing industries and has contributed her financial, operational and strategy skills to a variety of organizations. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Deb served as a founding partner of an expert collective designed to help companies close the gap between data and value, where she was involved in financial planning and analysis, cost management, profitability analysis, and data and analytics assessments.
Deb received her Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from The University of Toledo and her Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University. She is a Six Sigma Green Belt and a certified business consultant for business intelligence tools Domo and Datorama.
Deb has two daughters, Maddie and Katherine, and enjoys traveling, gardening and spending time with friends and family.
