Chuck Fulghum, JD

Chuck serves as an Estate Planning Attorney, working directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized estate plan to assist in protecting their wealth and loved ones from probate, taxes and creditors.
With more than a decade of experience in the legal services industry, Chuck offers his clients a truly comprehensive estate planning experience. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Chuck operated his own estate planning and probate administration law firm. He also served in the United States Coast Guard as an electrician.

Chuck received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance and bank management from the University of South Alabama and his Juris Doctor degree from Faulkner University.

Chuck is an avid salsa dancer. In his free time, he enjoys improving his Spanish language skills and playing golf.
