Randy serves as a Private Wealth Manager, working directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized financial plan addressing all aspects of a healthy financial life including investments, tax planning, risk management, retirement, employee benefits and estate planning.
Randy brings to his clients more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Creative Planning, he was the President and CEO of a large independent registered investment advisory firm. He is a former national board member for the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, the predecessor of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and serves as a judge at the University of Vermont’s Global Family Enterprise Case Competition. Civically, Randy served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center for 13 years and continues to serve on the finance committee. He served on the Board of Directors of the Northshore Community Foundation and is currently on the Board of WWNO, the local NPR affiliate. In the past, he has served on the Boards of the Lake Pontchartrain Basin Foundation, the West St. Tammany Parish YMCA, and the St. Tammany Parish Economic Development Foundation.
Randy was selected by Biz New Orleans magazine (2022*), as one of New Orleans 500 influential, involved, and inspiring business leaders.
Randy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. Randy has earned Fellow status as well as certificates in Family Business Planning and Family Wealth Advising as awarded by the Family Firm Institute*.
