Michael is a Partner with Creative Planning and serves as a Wealth Manager, working directly with clients to develop customized financial plans to address their goals and complex financial needs. Michael specializes in the areas of retirement planning, investment management, tax planning, estate planning, business valuation & transition planning, risk management, and charitable planning. Michael brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry to his business and personal clients. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Michael was a partner and senior financial consultant with the one of the oldest fee-only planning firms in Indiana. He has also previously worked within a bank trust department and institutional investment management consulting, primarily for endowments and foundations. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Butler University in Indianapolis. Michael is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Michael and his wife Amy have eight children – Joseph (Vivian), Olivia (Fletcher), Alexander, Sophia, Ava, Anna, Victoria and Regina – and four wonderful grandchildren. Michael spends his free time working on cars and miscellaneous home remodeling projects, along with helping Amy with her DJ business.
