Laura Mason, JD

Laura serves as an Estate Planning Attorney, working directly with her clients to create and maintain a customized estate plan to assist in protecting their wealth and loved ones from probate, taxes and creditors.
Prior to joining Creative Planning, Laura ran a successful solo estate planning practice in Oakland, California. She began her legal career as a patent litigator and later spent several years as a staff attorney at a legal nonprofit supporting prisoners in their reentry to society.

Laura received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and her Juris Doctor degree from the Berkeley School of Law.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys skiing and cooking large meals for friends and family.
