Clayton serves as an Estate Planning Attorney, working directly with his clients to create and maintain a customized estate plan to assist in protecting their wealth and loved ones from probate, taxes and creditors.
With more than a decade of experience in the legal services industry, Clayton offers his clients a truly comprehensive estate planning experience. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Clayton managed his own private practice focused on estate planning and business planning matters for clients throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Clayton received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Clayton and his spouse, Maddie, enjoy traveling, discovering Kansas City’s culinary scene, and the constant entertainment provided by their two senior dogs, Charlie and Wilfred.
