Maria serves as a Wealth Manager, working closely with her clients to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans. Specializing in retirement planning, investment management, estate planning, tax planning, risk management, education planning and charitable planning, Maria covers all aspects of professional wealth management. Maria’s approach focuses on a thorough understanding of your circumstances in order to provide you with a customized plan to help achieve your goals.
Maria brings more than 13 years of experience in the financial services industry to her clients. Prior to joining Creative Planning, Maria was a Financial Consultant at a national investment advisory firm. Maria has spent her entire career in the financial services industry and has developed an in-depth knowledge of serving clients with comprehensive wealth management.
Maria earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Washington. She is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional as designated by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
Maria lives in Ballard with her husband, Jeremy, and their daughter, Mila. Maria is on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Financial Planning Association and volunteers with Family Law CASA of King County. In her spare time, Maria enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
