Andrea H. Olitsky is an attorney with Creative Planning Legal and practices in the areas of estate, business and tax planning. Using an array of techniques, she helps clients protect the well-being of their families and shield their wealth from taxes, probate and creditors.
Andrea lectures locally, nationally and internationally on issues ranging from social security disability to laws effecting healthcare. She teaches business law for undergraduate as well as MBA programs at area Universities.
Andrea received a B.S./B.A. as well as her M.B.A. from American University in Washington, D.C. She earned her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston. She is a licensed attorney in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Missouri. She is on the City Board of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She is a member of Industry Advisory Council for the MidAmerica Nazarene University School of Business graduate programs.
Andrea resides in Leawood, Kansas, with her husband and daughters.
