Important Information about Fees and Services
We typically charge an annual percentage-based fee for portfolio management services. The annual fee is based on the fair market or agreed upon value of the client’s account assets determined as of the last day of each calendar quarter. Advisory fees are annualized and applied quarterly in arrears, based on the number of calendar days in a quarter.
